5 STEPS to sell your home

• Schedule a listing appointment with a realtor
• Hire a real estate agent

STEP 2: PRE-LISTING

• Establish a listing price and plan the house ‘launch day’
• Prep, clean & stage your property
• Marketing materials are designed and prepared

STEP 3: LISTING TIME

• Your property is officially launched on the market
• Be prepared for immediate showings & real estate office tours

STEP 4: OFFER PROCESS

• An offer is submitted
• Conditions are typically included for the buyer to complete
• Your home becomes “conditional/under contract” waiting on
• those conditions to be met/waived.

STEP 5: MOVING OUT

• Lots of closing preparations – utilities, lawyers, banking
• Moving & Packing – need assisance? I’ll find you help 🙂
• Closing day – House keys are handed into lawyers
